Rust Belt Resources has partnered with a leading regional law firm looking to add an experienced Legal Assistant/Admin Assistant to its downtown Pittsburgh office. This person will serve as a key member of the legal team providing support for new and current matters. The ideal person will have experience as a Legal Assistant preferably within the litigation space.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant; litigation experience is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills; MS Office Suite and Outlook, etc.
• Customer service mindset and pleasant attitude on phone.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• A client-focused attitude, flexibility, and the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to strictly maintain client and firm confidentiality.
• Able to pass an employment background screening.
