What You'll Do:

- Troubleshooting Expertise: Use your logical skills to locate and resolve issues across various systems and machines, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Proactive Solutions: Dismantle machinery, replace defective parts, and keep inventory levels optimal by managing parts and supplies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Train production workers on routine maintenance tasks and provide expert advice to help troubleshoot any issues.
- Safety First: Uphold a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Multi-Skilled Tasks: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems with efficiency.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of related maintenance experience.
- Skills: Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, manuals, and work orders.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, climbing ladders, and working in varying conditions such as high noise levels and temperature fluctuations.
