Location: St Petersburg, FL 33701 – This position is onsite

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Type: Contract, approximately (1) to (3) months

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Job description:

• Assist in daily corporate mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and organizing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Perform high-volume document filing, scanning, shredding, and digital archiving to maintain accurate and organized records.
• Support data entry efforts by updating logs and tracking systems to ensure files and documents are properly recorded.
• Provide general clerical assistance as needed, such as preparing materials, organizing supplies, and supporting administrative workflows.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on repetitive or lengthy tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Must be computer proficient to manage a high volume of digital documents.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift boxes of mail or documents.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Education verification required
