SCORE is seeking a Director of Outreach to lead the development and execution of the organization’s outreach and engagement efforts. This position will be responsible for building relationships with education, business, and community leaders across Tennessee to ensure that SCORE’s policy, practice, and advocacy work is meaningfully connected to local and regional efforts — all with an eye toward improving student outcomes.
Reporting to the Vice President of Advocacy and Communications, the Director of Outreach will translate the organization’s advocacy strategy into actionable outreach plans and execute initiatives that amplify SCORE’s priorities and strengthen its connections statewide.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Education & Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree required
·Five to seven years of related experience preferred
·Knowledge of Tennessee’s education landscape strongly preferred
·Experience working on statewide or local issue-based or electoral campaigns preferred
