Decorator
The Decorator is responsible for designing and decorating a variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. The Decorator works with the Bakers and Manager to ensure that all products meet the bakery’s standards for quality, appearance, and customer satisfaction.. Must complete DHI application at and send photos of previous work to jwagner@developmenthomes.org.
Essential Responsibilities
Design and Decorate
Producing Quality and Presentable Products
Keeping all aspects of the bakery safe and sanitary.
Collaborate and communicate with all team members.
Other Duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic Qualifications:
The Decorator must be at least 18 years of age.
The Decorator must hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
The Decorator must pass a DHI Background Check in line with DHI policy and DHS standards (see Background Checks policy for most current guidelines).
